What ages do you work with?

We provide speech and language therapy for children from toddlers through school age. Our services are tailored to meet each child’s developmental stage and unique needs.

02

Do I need a referral from my pediatrician to start services?

No referral is required. Parents can reach out directly to schedule an evaluation or consultation. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for reimbursement.

03

How do I know if my child needs speech therapy?

If you notice delays in speech, difficulty understanding your child, limited vocabulary, challenges with social communication, or stuttering, a speech-language evaluation can help determine if therapy is recommended.

04

What can I expect during the first session?

The first session is typically an observation. We’ll gather background information, assess your child’s communication skills, and discuss your concerns. From there, we’ll create a personalized therapy plan.

Frequency depends on your child’s needs and therapy goals. Many children attend once or twice a week, but this can vary.

How long are the sessions?

Our standard sessions are 30 and 45 minutes, depending on your child’s age, attention span, and therapy plan.

We are a private pay practice, but we provide superbills that may be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement. We also accept FSA/HSA cards and are eligible providers for the Step Up scholarship. Through our partnership with Thrizer, families may be able to access out-of-network benefits with only a co-pay.

Rates vary depending on the type of service provided. Please reach out to us directly for our current fee schedule.
